Toolbar

• + New — template picker: Sample Project (full-featured demo) or Blank Template.
• 💾 Save — saves the roadmap under a name you type (requires sign-in).
• 📂 Load — list of saved projects; Load to open, Del to remove.
• 📥 Import — CSV/XLS spreadsheet, a JSON export (incl. comments) or an MSP/Planview XML; choose Replace all or Merge.
• 🕐 History — version snapshots from saves/autosaves; Restore or Clear.
• + Row — add a deliverable / module row.
• ↩ ↪ — Undo / Redo (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z).
• 📤 Export ▾ — PNG, PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV, JSON (full project) or XML (MSP/Planview).
• ◀ ▶ — add a month before the start / after the end of the timeline.

On the chart

• Click an empty timeline (or right-click a row) → add a phase bar, milestone or constraint
• Drag a bar to move it; drag its edges to resize; double-click to edit; right-click for options
• Drag a milestone (horizontally and vertically); double-click to edit
• Click the RAG dot to cycle status; right-click → Set RAG Status
• Click a badge / owner / status cell to edit it; click the comment cell → read & add comments
• Drag a column edge (label / RAG / owner / comments) to resize that column
• Drag the row reorder handle to reorder rows; drag the bottom edge to resize row height
• Right-click the timeline header → add constraint / toggle non-working week / calendar header background
• Right-click a row → edit label/owner, add badge, hide / duplicate / delete
• Drag a constraint to move; drag its edges to resize; double-click to edit
• Drag the ⇄ handle at the left of the timeline header to shift all phases together (snaps to weeks)

Grid view

• Switch with View ▾ → Grid — every phase and milestone becomes a table row.
• Click a column header to sort (Deliverable, Phase, Start, End, Weeks, Owner, RAG).
• The Filter… box and status dropdown work in both views.
• Columns: Deliverable, Phase, Type, Start, End, Weeks, Owner, RAG, Colour and Comments (latest per deliverable).

• Ctrl/⌘ N — New project  ·  Ctrl/⌘ S — Save  ·  Ctrl/⌘ O — Load  ·  Ctrl/⌘ I — Import

Formatting & legend

• Double-click title / subtitle / footer / column headers → format font, colour, align (and background where available)
• Double-click the year / month header → font and background; right-click the header → whole-calendar background
• Legend: click the swatch to change colour, edit the label, Add, remove
